2. Eligibility
To use FortiLabs Market, you must:

3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:

4. Marketplace Services
FortiLabs Market provides a platform for users to buy and sell digital assets, including but not limited to:
- Websites and web applications
- Domain names
- Social media accounts
- Digital products and services
- Other digital assets
We act as an intermediary to facilitate transactions but are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
5. Listing Guidelines
Sellers must ensure that:
- All listings are accurate and not misleading
- They have full legal rights to sell the listed asset
- Assets comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Listings do not infringe on third-party intellectual property
We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines.
6. Transactions & Escrow
All transactions on FortiLabs Market are protected by our escrow system:
- Buyer funds are held in escrow until the transaction is complete
- Funds are only released to the seller upon successful asset transfer verification
- Disputes are handled by our admin team according to our dispute resolution process
- Both parties must act in good faith throughout the transaction
7. Fees & Payments
FortiLabs Market charges a commission on completed transactions:
- The current commission rate is 3% of the final sale price
- Fees are deducted from the seller's proceeds before payout
- Fee rates may change with reasonable notice
- There are no listing fees for sellers
8. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Listing or purchasing stolen or illegally obtained assets
- Money laundering or fraudulent transactions
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening other users
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans
- Manipulating reviews, ratings, or trust scores
- Attempting to complete transactions outside the Platform
- Sharing account credentials
- Any other activity that violates applicable laws
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- FortiLabs Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for disputes between users beyond our escrow and dispute resolution services
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- At our sole discretion for any reason
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Pending transactions will be handled according to our dispute resolution process.
